Not only does he oppose protecting babies who survive a failed abortion, he has pledged to sign the Freedom of Choice Act as his first item of business if elected president. Obama opposes the ban on partial-birth abortion and said the issue of when life begins was too difficult for him to answer – “above my pay grade.”
