Democrat leadership is hoping for a bad hurricane in New Orleans to mess up the Republican convention. This is just plain wrong. Makes me sick to think of our political leaders.

Turn up the volume as it is hard to hear the democrat leaders talking, but it is clear they are hoping for devastation because they believe it will hurt the Republican convention.

I was hoping for an inspirational speech from Obama that would rival historical speeches of the past. This was a flashy speech with no substance it was a speech of political attacks and not a speech to move America Forward. What is your take on the Obama Denver speech?

At 44, Palin is younger than Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama and like McCain, she calls herself a maverick.

Sarah Palin on Glenn Beck.
What do you think?  Would she make a great Vice President?  The first female VP?

Is this a wise pick for McCain? I think it looks pretty good. She is strong, honest, does what she says. Her son is going to Iraq. She eats Moose Burger! This hockey-mom/governor/ethical lady is a great pick from my quick view.
